Most conversion tools show a single rendered preview of a message and little else. WholeClear 11.0's expanded pane is aimed at users who need more than a glance — compliance reviewers checking raw headers for authentication data, IT admins confirming attachment integrity, or anyone troubleshooting a message that isn't displaying as expected. What the six views are: • Message. The email as it would have appeared to the recipient in the typical rendered view. • HTML. The original HTML markup, useful for checking formatting issues pre-conversion. • Headers. Fill out full header data, including routing and authentication information often needed for compliance or forensic review. • Source. The unprocessed source of the message file. • Properties. Size, dates, message attributes, and other metadata. • Attachments. A direct view of attached files without having to extract them first. “Somewhere along the way, the email preview in most tools was lowered down to ‘here’s what it looked like, sort of,’” said a WholeClear product lead. "That level of detail is not enough when someone is doing legal discovery or troubleshooting an email that won’t import cleanly.
