Sachin has more than 13 years of cross functional experience working in start ups and large organizations in Business Development and Operations in the Real estate Development, Consulting and Knowledge Process Outsourcing industries. Sachin has a proven track record of building organizations and taking them through the inception & growth phase and creating substantial value for various stakeholders. Prior to joining Rocsearch, Sachin worked as a Senior Vice President at Helix Financial LLC and directed all product delivery, strategy and operations. Sachin was an integral part of Helix Financial from inception of the company and was responsible for developing the company’s business principles and business strategy in consultation with the promoter group, providing strategic direction to the promoters and staff, recruitment, setting up business processes and quality systems, training of staff, institutionalizing best practices and doing everything that goes into building a world class service organization which is recognized as a leader in the structured finance outsourcing space. “Sachin’s depth of experience and leadership skills will allow us to accelerate our growth and take the company to the next level. JLLM is the Indian operations of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL), the only real estate money management and services firm. Sachin played a key role in establishing the JLLM brand in India by efficiently marketing its services. Sachin has also worked with Futurescape as a Director – Business Development and was responsible for the building the organization from a small start up to being recognized as one of the best known domestic CRM consulting firms.
