Oppositional defiant disorder is basically a behavior disorder that is distinctively seen among children. Like Reactive attachment disorder, this psychological disorder is characterized by defiance and erratic behaviors.

Unlike other children of the same age, a kid with such attachment disorders has anger related problems, blames others for his/her own mistakes and has revengeful attitude.

Sometimes it persists till adulthood if proper care and scientific measures are not taken. A child suffering from ODD problem has frequent anger related problems.

Reactive attachment disorder basically happens because of prolonged negligence and ignorance of the parents during the development stage of the child.

A neglected child goes through a series of emotional turmoil that affects his/her physical as well as emotional health. The Reactive attachment disorder is a typical behavior disorder that makes the child unsocial and detached from parents. Such children avoid physical contact with others and are arrogant in nature.

Attachment disorder basically arises from improper parenting, neglect or child abuse in the early stages of childhood.
