The Wait is Almost OverPalm Beach Gardens, FL, June 28, 2008 --“Just in the last three months,” said Christian Bailey, President, Mindgammon Inc., “we have had dozens of inquiries from distributors of games in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.” Bailey also added that he and his team are in the process of investigating all the inquiries and decisions on whom to partner with will be made soon. The Mindgammon web site (www.mindgammon.com) has been attracting global traffic at a furious pace. While a majority of the visitors have been from North America and Europe, there have been visits from people in the Mideast, Australia, India and most of Southeast Asia. Mindgammon has also been the target of popular search engines. Google, Yahoo, and others show thousands of curious and interested consumers have looked-up Mindgammon just in the last two months. “Dozens of emails have been received in the last few weeks,” said Bailey, “wondering when and where the game would be available.” Bailey added, “In the last few years of my involvement with the game industry, I have never seen anything like this, especially for a non-electronic game. The anticipation of the game, amongst backgammon enthusiasts and the novice, has been pleasantly shocking.” Production plans are being finalized at the time of this writing. Mindgammon is a variant of Backgammon; however, the game is more user-friendly, especially for the beginner, and at the same time a highly tactical game that challenge the players’ intellect. The game will be produced in built-to-last, high quality beech wood, Polymer, and in chipboard (MDF) to offer a more competitive priced game board. The retail prices for the game boards will range from $29.95 to $129.95 (US).
